April 14, 2010 | Presented in partnership with the Atlantic Presenters Association (APA), the Arts and Culture Centre is pleased to host Cheryl Ewing and Richard Poore for a two-day performing arts creative summit in St. John's, Newfoundland Labrador on Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16 at the St. John's Arts and Culture Centre.

St. John's Arts and Culture Centre
To RSVP for the two-day performing arts creative summit, please email Krista Keough, Outreach and Membership Development Manager krista@atlanticpresenters.ca.
Ewing and Poore will work with participants to develop a deeper understanding of the experiences that performing arts audiences value, the personal (intrinsic) impacts that arise, and the messages that compel them to attend the arts.
The creative summit is offered to APA members for free and non-members pay just $50. Lunch and snacks are included.
The APA is now offering a travel subsidy to cover a portion of expenses for presenters attending from outside St. John's. Once you RSVP, we can make arrangements with you to determine the amount you're able to receive for kilometres travelled.
For accommodations, Memorial University offers summer accommodations at a low rate (from $29 - $47 for single and double rooms, and less for MUN Alumni). Visit http://www.mun.ca/hfcs/conference/accommodations/ for more information.
Join the APA for the special introductory price of $100 for one year and receive immediate benefits from participating in the creative summit at no cost. Email krista@atlanticpresenters.ca for a membership form or for more information about the benefits of being an APA member.
Although we encourage you to join APA, the workshop is open for anyone to attend who has an invested interest in presenting performing arts.
We look forward to seeing you in St. John's, Newfoundland Labrador in May!
