Contact East 2010 Awards CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

May 28, 2010 | We are seeking nominations for the Contact East Awards, which takes place on September 26th. The Contact East Awards was initiated in 1998, to recognize excellence and achievement in the field of live performance touring and presentation. The Contact East Awards celebrate this growth, and recognize the accomplishments of presenters and performers who comprise the touring sector.

The awards are presented annually to honor the accomplishments of presenters, artist representatives and performers in the previous season. The Contact East Awards Committee is composed of presenters, performers, sector funders, and supporters, will review all nominations, and may, at its discretion, identify additional nominees in any of the categories. The jury may also decide not to bestow an award in any given year.

Please help us recognize excellence in our field by nominating colleagues whom you feel excelled in the following categories. Each board member is asked to submit 3 nominations in each category and return the forms to Sue by June 30, 2010.
