The box office. Probably the most important cog in the wheel of any arts organization, festival or venue. If you sell tickets, the box office is at your core. The Box Office Summit brings together theatre and festival members of the Atlantic Presenters Association (APA) with industry leading companies who provide box office software. This exclusive day-long event includes comprehensive pitch sessions, Q&A period, one-to-one business meetings and networking. The Box Office Summit will provide you with the information you need to achieve box office success.

Accommodations

A conference block has been reserved at the Atlantica Halifax. Reservations must be made by January 20, 2019 to secure a room for a special rate of $121.00 per night. Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-810-7288 or emailing reservations@atlanticahalifax.com and referencing ShiftChange 2019.

What to expect:

Each company will have 45 minutes to present to you why they are the best match for your theatre/festival/event. The day will end with one-to-one meetings where you can sign-up to chat with the companies that stood out to you (one-to-one registration will happen on site).

All registered organizations will have the chance to tell us your top 3 questions so the presentations will be focused on what you want to know now.
